The Ontario Court is a three-story, single structure with basement, built in 1922.  The exterior of the building is brick. The 29,700 square foot building, with a 7,928 square foot footprint, is located on a .3444 acre site.The building includes 6 one-bedroom, 18 two-bedroom and 3 three-bedroom apartments for a revised total of 27units. Rental units are contained on the three upper floors with a laundry and community spaces in the basement area. The building is mostly electric and individually metered for electricity with central gas hot water heat. Electric heat pumps will be used with air conditioning in all units. The building does not have an elevator. No handicap accessible units will be available in Ontario Court.

Ontario Court is the home of Jubilee Jumpstart--an innovative early childhood program that serve infants, toddlers, and pre-schoolers in the Jubilee Housing community.
