For 49 years Jubilee Housing has worked to foster access to resources and opportunities, to reduce the equity gap, and to bring about justice through housing — justice housing. We create justice housing by building homes that are deeply affordable, have onsite and nearby programs, and are in a thriving neighborhood. To date, Jubilee owns and operates 10 properties with 299 deeply affordable units. Seven more properties in the development pipeline will add 285 more units in the next five years. Jubilee annually serves over 600 individuals with housing, services, or both.

Clark Foundation for their extraordinary commitment to ensuring residents of DC and the surrounding communities have the best opportunities to thrive.

Parking & Metro
Parking is available in the 2101 L Street NW garage for $22. The closest Metro stations are Foggy Bottom and Farragut West on the Blue/Orange/Silver Lines and Farragut North on the Red Line.
