The Maycroft was the first time Jubilee combined housing justice with environmental justice in one of its communities. In partnership with DC’s Solar for All program, New Partners Community Solar, and PEPCO, solar panels on the roof return energy credits directly to residents and power batteries for an innovative resiliency center.
